Niamh’s interest in productivity began with her first job after college. She was given a laptop and a phone, but no advice on how to manage her time and effort. Niamh quickly fell into bad working habits and struggled to keep her head above water. She quit the job due to stress within 1 year.
Niamh has since tried and tested countless productivity methods, and combined them with tools she has used in project management and operations. With over 12 years industry experience in the Technology sector, Niamh has experienced the challenges of achieving work-life balance first hand. As a coach, she challenges clients to step outside their comfort zone, while motivating and supporting them as they make that journey. Niamh believes combining continuous improvement methods with a coaching framework is the key to sustainable change. She draws from her entire experience to help people achieve their goals through coaching and the “A Better Workday” programme.
