I am a fully qualified professional life coach and NLP Practitioner. I trained with The Coaching Academy, the world's largest coaching training provider.

I became a coach after being coached myself in the areas of assertiveness and perfectionism, which had affected me life since my school and university days at Oxford. I am particularly known for the space of calm I create to enable my clients to find their answers.

I have coached adults on a huge variety of topics ranging from changing careers, addressing anxiety, finding confidence, enjoying retirement, parenting and finding balance.

My ethos is that when you are stuck, if you can harness the energy of your frustration, you can make a change which can benefit not only you, but also those around you - in your immediate family, your workplace, and amongst your friends.

At the time of my training, both of my children were teeneagers, and I realised that coaching could be very effective in helping them address what was holding them back. Since then, I have conducted work with young people at home, school, university and in their early working lives, to help in numerous areas which help them achieve their true potential. These include: improving approaches to their studies and exams, managing friendship issues, building confidence, overcoming  anxiety, addressing health/fitness, and discovering and looking forward to future careers.

My trainging in Neuro Linguistic Programming has deepened my ability to work with those who are really persistently stuck, and extended my scope to children of much younger ages, who respond brilliantly to playing with their senses in order to shift anxieties and worries.
