You are amazing and powerful, and you were designed for relationship with the One who is Love and Truth (God, Jesus).  You were created to walk in freedom and wholeness, with purpose and peace that flows as a byproduct of relationship with Love and Truth Himself, through the present and available power of Holy Spirit.

Discover encouragement and purpose.  Uncover lies you may have unconsciously believed that are limiting your potential and joy.  This awareness creates opportunities to choose life, Love, and Truth to displace any lies that have been affecting your life and mindset, your peace and emotional wellbeing.

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach through Christian Coach Institute, Spirit Coach, a Christian for over 40 years, leader, a wife of over 26 years, and a mom.  My husband and I believe marriage is a team that functions best when people recognize and honour gifting and natural abilities.  Traditional roles and duties don't work for everyone!  Respect for each other is a key component in making teams successful; integrity and trust is a major part of that,  as are healthy boundaries for healthy relationships.
